CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, N.Y. — Police arrested a man after he allegedly punched a paramedic in the face who was trying to administer medical treatment.
Joshua Johns, 42, was charged with third-degree assault, WIBV 4 reported.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
