CONCORD, N.H. —A former emergency medical technician at Exeter Hospital will plead guilty to stealing a powerful painkiller, the same drug involved in the hospital’s hepatitis C outbreak in 2012.
Peter McGlynn is accused of taking fentanyl that was intended for a patient in severe pain. He is facing up to four years in prison.
McGlynn accepted a plea deal earlier this month.
