Macon County Times (Tennessee)
The Macon County Grand Jury meeting in special session Tuesday, January 10, indicted Jackie L. Dozier, 40, of 424 Gamaliel Road, Red Boiling Springs, with three counts of rape, one count of attempted rape and three counts of incest.
Dozier, a Macon County EMS employee, is currently being held on a $50,000 bond at the Macon County Jail.
Assistant Chief Steve Evans with the Red Boiling Springs Police Department presented the case stating the first incident allegedly occurred around the 2nd week of August 2004.
