It’s getting more difficult to find, and keep, good emergency services personnel, according to EMS, and it’s the reason behind a new ad campaign.
Emergency officials call it their number-one concern when it comes to ambulance services: attracting and retaining quality people. They’ve come up with a new and rather flashy ad campaign, hoping to turn a few young heads.
It’s bright. It’s action-packed. It’s definitely an attention-getter and according to John Campos of EMS Council of NEPA, that’s the point of the new campaign.
