WAYNE, W.Va. — A paramedic is suing both of his former employers, Murrow’s Transfer Inc., and an individual after the ambulance he was involved in a vehicle accident.
James York was a paramedic for the Wayne County Commission and Dunlow Emergency Rescue Squad.
On Dec. 20, 2007, he was caring for a patient in the back of the ambulance when it was struck by the trailer attached to a 2000 Freightliner Tractor owned by Murrow’s Transfer Inc., according to a complaint filed Dec. 14 in Wayne Circuit Court.
