As a firefighter/paramedic, Scott Baltes has been to his share of automobile crash sites.
But the one he missed is his most memorable.
Baltes’ daughter, Tiffany, was killed at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Branan Field/Baxley roads on Dec. 5. It was raining and the 22-year-old, going south on Blanding, was turning left onto Baxley when she was hit by a “full-sized truck” carrying yard debris, Scott Baltes said.
