Three EMS providers and another driver sustained minor injuries in a rollover ambulance crash Thursday night.

ROCKY HILL, Conn. — An ambulance headed to a medical emergency rolled over during a crash Thursday night, police said.

Four people – three ambulance workers and the other vehicle’s driver -- were injured, but the injuries were minor, police said. There was no patient on board.

The crash happened about 9:50 p.m. on Pratt Street at the intersection with Dividend Road, police said. Officers helped firefighters remove the ambulance workers.

The vehicles’ four occupants were taken to area hospitals for treatment.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
