PAROWAN, Utah — The bi-weekly Iron County Commission meeting was packed Monday with people demanding a voice in a recent decision made by the commissioners that may lead to the sale of the county’s ambulance service.

The group, largely made up of employees hired with the Iron County Sheriff’s Office Division of Emergency Medical Services and their families, shared their opinions about an email they had received the week before.
