Mich. paramedic in critical condition after ambulance crash
Officials said one paramedic and the patient who was being transported are in critical condition, and three others were also hospitalized

VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A paramedic is in critical condition after an ambulance rolled over in a crash, according to police.
Click on Detroit reported that two Huron Valley Ambulance paramedics and a firefighter were transporting a cardiac arrest patient to the hospital in an ambulance when it was struck by another vehicle at an intersection.
Police said the ambulance rolled onto its side as a result of the crash.
Five people, including one paramedic who suffered a critical head injury, were transported to the hospital. The patient is still in critical condition as a result of cardiac arrest, according to police.
The crash is currently under investigation.
