LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Determination and perseverance are two words that Louisville Metro EMT John Morgan knows all about.
He’s learning to walk again, after a fatal crash last year on River Road. It happened on June 23, 2014, near the intersection of River Road and Frankfort Avenue.
Morgan and another EMT, Jon Johnson, were responding to a call.
