BOSTON — A man punched an EMT for being “too slow,” police say.
The EMT had transported John Wagner’s girlfriend to Massachusetts General Hospital Saturday, according to the Beacon Hill Patch.
When Wagner met them at the hospital, the suspect told him he didn’t get to the hospital quickly enough and then punched him in the face, according to police reports.
As other EMTs tried to subdue him, he ripped a badge off the EMT’s shirt.
Wagner was arrested for assault and battery on an emergency medical technician.
