JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. — The family of a Cape Vincent EMT murdered earlier this year is seeking $10 million from about ten local government and emergency agencies.
The family of Mark Davis filed a notice of claim last week for $10 million, setting up a possible wrongful death lawsuit.
Davis was killed on January 30th while responding to a medical call at a home in Cape Vincent.
