WAKULLACO, Fla. — Two children are lucky to be alive after a car accident Wednesday afternoon.
WTXL reported that Wakulla County Fire Rescue responded to an accident involving an SUV and a semi on a highway. Pictures taken by the fire department posted on Facebook show a wooden board on the semi that went through the wheel well of the car, took off the inside of the door, struck an infant seat and became embedded in the front passenger seat.
The board missed an infant and another child sitting in their car seats. Both children were uninjured.
