CHICAGO — Shooting for a new EMT half-hour comedy pilot from Rescue Me lead alum, Denis Leary, will begin later this month in Chicago, USA said.
Sirens will follow three Chicago EMTs who are great at their jobs but make poor decisions in their personal lives, according to TV Guide.
Michael Mosley of Pan Am fame will play Johnny, a sports-loving EMT, who works with his best friend Hank, played by Kevin Daniels from the comedy Modern Family.
Kevin Bigley from Game Change has been cast as a new EMT who idolizes the other two.
Leary and Wedding Crashers’ Bob Fisher will co-write and executive produce the series.
