He remains in intensive care at a hospital where he has multiple trauma and several broken bones

NEW YORK — The banker who jumped from a window of his seventh-story apartment on Fifth Ave. and somehow survived apparently spent what he thought would be his final moments trashing his bathroom, photos obtained by the Daily News showed.

Distraught about fighting over his three dogs with the board at his ritzy co-op, Adam Silberman, 47, apparently “climbed up onto the toilet” and then “jumped through the window,” his father-in-law told The News Monday.

Silberman, president of Solas Investments, landed on a second-floor balcony just after 10 a.m. Sunday, police and family said. He was in critical but stable condition Monday at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, police said.
