ARLINGTON, Texas — A paramedic and a pregnant woman were taken to a hospital after their ambulance collided with a truck in Arlington early this morning.
The ambulance was heading west on East Arkansas Lane when it collided with a pickup going north on South Collins Street about 2 a.m, said Jim Gibbs, a spokesman for American Medical Response, the ambulance company.
The ambulance was responding to a non-emergency call and did not have its lights or sirens on, he said.
