RUNCORN, UK — Ambulance bosses have started a “full investigation” following the death of a two-year-old boy who was examined by paramedics after a fall.
Ambulance staff were called to Lewis Urmson-Brown’s home in Runcorn, Cheshire on Sunday night - but he was not taken to hospital.
They were called back about eight hours later and the toddler was then taken to Warrington Hospital, where he died.
