STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Police say seven German youths have been taken to hospital with minor injuries after their bus overturned at a traffic circle in southeastern Sweden.
Police spokeswoman Kerstin Malarman says the bus was carrying around 25 passengers when it went off the road and overturned near Linkoping, 125 miles (200 kilometers) southwest of Stockholm.
The cause of Monday’s accident is not known.
Malarman says no one was seriously injured, but that some passengers have been taken to a local hospital for minor wounds and for shock. She says most of the passengers were young German citizens.
The bus had departed from the small town of Motala, 50 kilometers west of Linkoping, but it is not clear where it was headed.
