BALTIMORE — A Baltimore City firefighter was arrested Friday and charged with dealing cocaine and marijuana, authorities said yesterday.
Fatima Hawkins, 29, of the 1600 block of Calvert St. was charged with possessing cocaine and marijuana with the intention of selling the drugs, according to Chief Kevin Cartwright, a Fire Department spokesman, and court records.
Hawkins, an apprentice firefighter-paramedic with the Engine Company 31 firehouse on Greenmount Avenue, will be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation, Cartwright said.
