LONDON — Two paramedics were injured, responding to an emergency, when their rapid response vehicle crashed into a London restaurant.
London Ambulance Service told the BBC the medic sustained a hand injury, and the other was treated for stomach and back pain.
Both were taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for treatment.
The front of the vehicle was crushed by the impact into the restaurant, which also scattered bricks from the outside wall.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and there is currently no information on the cause of the crash.
