LAFEYETTE, La. — A Louisiana Diocese has unveiled a new and rather unconventional way for Catholics to confess their sins.
An ambulance recently donated to a Lafayette, Louisiana diocese will now serve as a mobile confessional.
It’s all part of the upcoming “Year of Mercy” declared by Pope Francis. And according to Bishop Michael Jarrea, this is aimed at fulfilling a call from Pope Francis.
