ZANESVILLE, Ohio — A woman was sentenced to community control for her assault on two emergency medical technicians.
Regina Smith, 48, of Blue Rock, was found guilty of two counts of assault on an EMT and sentenced by Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark Fleegle.
She was sentenced to two years of community control, ordered to take an assessment by Genesis Alcohol/Drug Recovery Program, be on house arrest for 60 days, attend and successfully complete Victim Awareness Program through the probation department, complete 100 hours of public service and continue treatment with Ohio Psychiatric.
