INDIANAPOLIS — Police used a Taser to control a 26-year-old patient who got out of his restrains in an ambulance, and became combative.
Officers were called to assist when Jacob Steen of Madison, Ind. “smacked one medic in the buttocks and then grabbed her breast,” FOX 59 reports. They arrived to find him “inside the ambulance tearing it up.” He also put a plastic bag on his head.
Officers used a Taser twice in order to handcuff him. Steen has been charged with aggravated battery, battery on a public safety official with injury, resisting law enforcement and sexual battery.
