LOWELL — Pridestar EMS has acquired Health Tech Ambulance Service, an Andover-based medical transportation company. Pridestar EMS — which began operations as a full-service medical transportation service in 2006 — is based in Lowell with locations in Nashua, N.H. and now in Andover.
“Pridestar and Health Tech share similar principles and values,” said Pridestar CEO David Daly. “Our mission and goals have mirrored each other since the outset, which is why the acquisition makes sense on so many levels.”
