WORCESTER, Mass. — During the record-setting blizzard, Worcester mom Patricia Strickland took a 10-minute ambulance ride that was both the scariest and the most joyful ride of her life.
Strickland, a Park Avenue resident, went into labor with her twins around 10 p.m. Monday as Winter Storm Juno was hitting Worcester with it’s gusts of wind and rapid snowfall.
