Medic, firefighter injured in ambulance collision with truck

Another person was also hurt; none of the injuries were life-threatening

CHICAGO — A paramedic, firefighter and one other person suffered non-life-threatening injuring when an ambulance and a truck collided at an intersection, ABC reports.

The crash occurred around 10:40 p.m. near downtown Chicago. The paramedic and firefighter were both transported to University of Chicago Medical Center, and the other person injured was taken to Jackson Park Hospital.

Emergency crews responded to the scene. No additional details are available at this time.
