MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Two Horry County (S.C.) Fire Rescue members were injured when an HCFR rig overturned Monday afternoon.
An HCFR crew responded to the call of a two-vehicle crash, one of which was an HCFR ambulance. Two providers and another individual were injured in the incident and were transported to the hospital, WBTW News 13 reported.
There were no patients in the ambulance at the time of the incident.
Myrtle Beach Police Department is investigating.
