ST. GEORGE, Utah — A state trooper came away untouched after nearly getting hit by a distracted driver on Interstate 15 Sunday evening.
The driver was a 55-year-old woman who was allegedly on her phone, reading while driving.
At the last minute the woman looked up and saw she was swerving towards the trooper and over corrected. After skidding across the road her vehicle rolled.
