TULSA, Okla. — A paramedic was injured after being struck by a car during a response Friday morning in Oklahoma.
The paramedic was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Newson6.com.
The paramedic was among EMSA crews in Tulsa that had responded to a minor two-vehicle crash. The two vehicles were moved to a parking lot following the crash, according to the report.
One of the paramedics was crossing the street to get to the parking lot when she was hit by a passing vehicle, but she was not seriously injured.
Reports said a truck had blocked the view of both the paramedic and the car driver, so neither one saw the other.
