LAKEWOOD, Colo. — A missing paramedic’s family is still searching for him one year later.
CBS Denver reported that Eric Pracht walked away from his home with no shoes or keys and disappeared on July 23, 2016, but Randy and Denise Pracht have not given up hope.
“There are times when we think, yeah, I really feel like we are going to find him soon, and then there are other times where you start to question yourself, will we ever find him? That’s the part that hurts,” Randy said.
Pracht was planning a wedding and had just begun his dream job as a paramedic.
“So many things that he was looking forward to, so for him to just walk away does not make sense. Something happened that night,” Denise said.
The family now looks over police reports, organizes searches and posts flyers in hopes of finding Pracht.
The family is offering a $10,000 reward for any information on his whereabouts.
