Pa. EMT accused of faking $30K worth of hours on timecard

MONROEVILLE, Pa. — A Monroeville Fire Department EMT is facing charges of marking up his time card with hundreds of fraudulent hours, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI.

According to a complaint filed with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, Samuel Levy, 33, of Monroeville was paid more than $30,000 in undue wages.

He faces charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful use of a computer and two counts of theft by unlawful taking.
