DUNBARTON, N.H. — Fire and EMS crews responded to a report of an unconscious man locked inside a port-a-potty, according to a Dunbarton Police Department press release.
The man, Andrew Bergeron, regained consciousness and was transported to a local hospital. Police found heroin, a used hypodermic needle and other drug paraphernalia on the scene. An investigation revealed Bergeron had overdosed on heroin.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug/narcotic.
