NEW YORK — A rookie FDNY EMT who was caught pressuring a patient to drink alcohol has quit, according to the FDNY.

NY Post reported that Kyle Bossio, 27, abruptly left the agency after investigators questioned him about the incident.

“An internal department investigation determined EMT Kyle Bossio recorded the video,” said FDNY spokesman Frank Dwyer. “He resigned on Tuesday in lieu of termination.”

The 36-second Snapchat video shows a woman strapped inside an ambulance. She can be seen drinking from mini bottles of liquor while an unseen man coaxes her to drink more.

The state Department of Health said they are currently investigating the incident.
