AUSTIN, TEXAS – ESO Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare software and interoperability solutions, announced that its ESO Electronic Health Record (EHR) product has earned designation as compliant with the National EMS Information System (NEMSIS) Version 3.3.4.
With this latest designation, ESO has now gained compliance in both the “Collect Data” and the “Receive and Process” compliance categories. ESO’s Health Data Exchange (HDE) interoperability platform gained NEMSIS compliance in the “Receive and Process” category in October 2014.

NEMSIS 3 represents the national standard in data related to emergency medical services. NEMSIS 3 is aimed at improving data quality, enhancing ability to assess EMS performance and augmenting the flexibility of the standard for state adoption.
