Priority Dispatch recognizes RapidDeploy for its dynamic, customizable interface and commitment to the public safety community.
RapidDeploy, a leader in cloud-based Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) technology, has been awarded Titanium Certification by Priority Dispatch, the highest level of integration between a CAD and Priority Dispatch’s ProQA Paramount dispatch software. RapidDeploy is the first CAD system to achieve this level of integration.

The Titanium Certification recognizes that RapidDeploy’s interface is able to support the following:
- The ability to display unique information between the Dispatch and Mobile Data Computer (MDC) environments
- Send and receive SMS messages originating from ProQA’s Paramount dispatch system
- Information displayed in rich text format makes reading and processing information seamless for users in all environments
