New Patient Website a Huge Success for Cornerstone

New Cumberland, PA - January, 28 2009 - In a development for their dynamic technological gameplan, Cornerstone’s new patient website, ambulancebillingoffice.com has surpassed expectations in payments collected in its first month. Patients have made both credit card and ACH payments into the secure website with over 75% of credit card payments being made in full. In addition to payments, the website has also collected insurance information and electronic signatures, allowing Cornerstone to now bill insurers to secure payments.

The website was launched in December 2008 to provide another avenue for the company to collect credit card and ACH payments from patients, secure lifetime Medicare signatures and allow patients to update their insurance information.

While we directed patients to the site through our newly revised invoices, you never know until you see the results. Not only has the site performed beautifully but we are also very pleased with the payments received and insurance information we’ve gathered as well”, said Kevin Willett, Business Systems Analyst. The secure site also allows Cornerstone clients to integrate ambulancebillingoffice.com into their own website to increase traffic and help raise awareness of local events.

The patient website for Cornerstone Adminisystems is now live and company officials are pleased with the payments and information collected for their clients. Joining the patient website are several other projects currently in beta testing, all to further develop Cornerstone’s technological portfolio for the ambulance billing industry.
