WEST PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A trailer disconnected from its cab and overturned, spilling human waste on a road and in the lawn of a home.
The trailer was carrying human waste that had been treated at a sewage plant and was going to be used as fertilizer in fields used for growing livestock feed, The Morning Call reported.
Police are investigating the incident.
