CINCINNATI, Ohio — Two people were arrested after threatening a firefighter and assaulting a police officer Sunday afternoon.
WKRC reported that the Elmwood Place Fire Department personnel were on the scene of a medical emergency when one firefighter reportedly saw two men dragging a woman down the street.
The firefighter reportedly told the men to stop and one man yelled to the firefighter that he would “shoot him in the head,” according to the report.
Elmwood Place Police were called and tried to get the two subjects involved into custody when one reportedly shoved the officer and tried to run away, according to the report.
WKRC reported that after an extensive foot pursuit, the two suspects were apprehended. One of the suspects has been identified as 19-year-old James Wesley Robinson, and his charges include misconduct at an emergency scene, aggravated menacing, obstructing official business and assault. The other suspect is 16-years-old and is not being identified.
