AMES, Iowa — An EMS agency demonstrated the only safe way to participate in the viral “Kiki Challenge.”

Mary Greeley Paramedics posted a video on Facebook of two crewmembers utilizing their safety gear to take part in a viral internet challenge inspired by Drake’s “In My Feelings.”

The challenge involves participants getting out of a moving car to dance, so the paramedics used an ambulance, safety vests and helmets to demonstrate how to do it safely.

“Internet challenges are fun, but they can also be dangerous!” the Facebook post said. “Luckily, we are professionals and have all the safety equipment to pull off the Kiki challenge.”

The video ends with the agency adding, “We hope this is the only Kiki Challenge that requires an ambulance.”
