NORFOLK, Mass. — A Norfolk-area man is facing charges of assault on EMS providers, domestic assault and battery, resisting arrest and making threats to kill, the Sun Chronicle reported.

Thomas Cushman, 61, allegedly pushed a paramedic and then pushed his wife after police officers and firefighters arrived at his home in response to a medical call. The medical call involved an intoxicated man, according to police.

Cushman pleaded innocent and is free, according to court records. He is due back in court in January.
