DOWNEY, Calif. — The 2007 Western States Regional Conference (WSRC), hosted by the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO), will be held Feb. 26 through March 1, 2007, at the Long Beach Convention Center in California. Attendees are from the 13 Western Regional States representing 9-1-1 dispatchers, communications managers and supervisors, and technical staff supporting first responders. With 16,000 members, APCO is the oldest and largest international association dedicated to the public-safety communications community.
The information provided at the conference will provide the opportunity to hear first hand the policies driving leading edge technologies used by today’s first responder community. We highly recommend that two-way radio managers and technicians, information technology (IT) managers, communication supervisors, and dispatch operators register for the 2007 APCO Western States Regional Conference.
