LOS ANGELES — Lindsay Lohan has been making light of the drama surrounding her reportedly being found “unconscious” while working on her latest TV movie.
The 25-year-old — who is filming the Elizabeth Taylor TV biopic Liz And Dick — blamed exhaustion after paramedics were called to her suite at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Los Angeles on Friday.
Lindsay wrote on Twitter: “Note to self. After working 85 hours in 4 days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up at your door.
She joked: “Hopefully they’re cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down.”
Her spokesman Steve Honig told E! News at the time that the actress had just been working very hard on the shoot.
“Lindsay has been working a gruelling schedule for the last couple of days,” he said.
“Last night she worked from 7pm to 8am. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep. Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated.”
Lindsay went home after the incident and returned to the film set later that day.
