WARREN, Mich. – SWAT teams and armored vehicles were out in Macomb County on Tuesday — but it’s nothing to worry about.
Medics responded to victims with phony gunshot wounds, scrapes and cuts during a shooting simulation at Davenport University in Warren.
WWJ Newsradio 950′s Pat Sweeting reported the hours-long training excercis gave emergency response teams from five Macomb County communities an opportunity to hone their skills. As SWAT teams searched for “the gunman,” nurses questioned volunteer “victims” at the scene.
