MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. — A video shows a semi-truck driver running an ambulance off a highway in an extreme case of road rage.
FOX10 reported that dash cam footage posted on Facebook by Paul Brown shows a semi-truck driver, later identified as Michael Mack, ramming a pick-up truck off the road before doing the same thing to an Mobile County ambulance that had its lights and sirens on.
Mack then held police at bay for five hours in a standoff after they responded to a call about a road rage driver.
Police used non-lethal gas and smoke, as well as phone negotiations, to get him out of the truck.
Mack was charged with felony pursuit, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
