WARE SHOALS, S.C. — A paramedic is facing charges after allegedly sending explicit texts to a teenage girl.
WSPA reported that Joshua Walton Vaughn, 26, was accused of sending explicit texts a to a 16-year-old girl after her mother allowed police to search the girl’s phone. They found a conversation between her and Walton on the app Whisper.
Police said the girl told Vaughn she was 16 and was “old enough to be legal.”
“… this is true … No prison time … LOL,” Vaughn responded.
The conversation became much more explicit, according to the report.
Vaughn is facing charges of disseminating obscene material to a minor.
