STAUNTON, Va. — The fate of a Waynesboro First Aid Crew member charged in an ambulance drug theft rests in the hands of the courts, the organization’s president said.
In the meantime, Christopher Paul Lowery, 30, of Staunton, remains suspended from the rescue crew and his ability to practice anywhere as an EMS provider could be taken away, said crew President Ashley Cook Cook.
Upon completion of the court case, a final decision on Lowery’s membership will be made, Cook said.
