CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Paramedic Tennille Annette Davis, 30, of Belle went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007, as a result of an auto accident on Route 3 in Boone County while she was traveling to teach an Emergency Medical Technician class.

Tennille leaves behind to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Gary; their children, Madeline, 5, and Cayden, 3; her mother and stepfather, Kimberly and Jeff Rogers; father, Jimmy Lucas; brother, Mike Lucas; grandparents, The Rev. Larry and Mrs. Annette Dunnett; grandmother, Delora Lucas; and many other relatives.

Tennille had been employed by the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority as a critical care paramedic where she had achieved every level of advance life support that a paramedic could achieve. She served many times as Public Information Officer, KCEAA competition teams and many other positions within EMS. She was a certified EMT instructor with RESA where she was able to teach others the skills that she nobly possessed to further EMS. Her attribute as a kind and loving mother and wife were not only shown in her patient care, but finally as she donated her organs so that others may live.

A full EMS honor funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, at the Charleston Civic Center Little Theater with the Rev. Larry Dunnett and Chaplain Mike Jarrett officiating.

Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Fidler & Frame Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
