From personality disputes to budgetary shortages, the Seneca County Commissioners addressed a variety of safety-service issues Thursday with the stated intention of improving efficiency.
The commissioners were vague about the disputes between the heads of the Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Management Agency that were discussed in an executive session stretching more than two hours, but they elaborated on the point they have not impacted the divisions’ performance.
