SAN FRANCISCO — A Concord man was arrested Wednesday morning after authorities said he caused a six-vehicle pile-up in San Francisco Tuesday night by driving his minivan at a high rate of speed while intoxicated.
Johnny David Aguilar, 32, was booked into the San Francisco County jail after being treated for minor injuries, California Highway Patrol Officer Shawn Chase said.
The crash occurred on eastbound Interstate Highway 80 at the Fourth Street off-ramp just after 11 p.m. Aguilar was driving his 2002 Nissan Quest at 80-90 mph just as traffic was coming to a stop due to construction on the Bay Bridge, Chase said. ...
