ALBUQUERQUE, N.M — The man accused of killing a Florence County paramedic and a New Mexico State Police officer may be preparing to change his plea in his federal case.
A notice was filed on Monday scheduling a “change of plea hearing” for Jaremy Smith on Jan. 17, WMBF reported.
